- Thursday, August 12th, 6:30 PM at the home of Kristina (Kiki) Lyons, 629 S. Corona Street
- Bi-weekly meetings Thursday mornings 8:15 in the Steele Cafeteria starting August 26th
- September monthly evening meeting - TBD
Volunteer areas to consider:
Help is needed in the following areas:
- Soliciting items for donation
- Soliciting sponsors and advertisers
- Soliciting donations of wine, beer, alcohol for consumption at the event
- Promotions and creating buzz about the event
- Ticket sales at the school
- Data entry and item processing
- Information packet assembly
- Registration packet assembly
- Day-of setting up at the Phipps Tennis Pavilion
- Closing of silent auction tables
- Check-out and processing auction purchases
- Clean-up
